The Blue Heron Restaurant is committed to using local food producers and organic farmers who supply us with everything from eggs, milk, and cheese to locally raised beef and an array of organic fruits and vegetables. We even offer selections from local brewers like the People’s Pint and Berkshire Brewing Company. We also support many local groups and organizations including the Women’s Fund of Western Massachusetts, WFCR Public Radio, and the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. These are just a few of the organizations we support. There are many other local groups that we are proud to be involved with.
