Catering at a Site of Your Choice
Catering “off-premise,” as it’s referred to in the business, is like producing a play. We will assist you in planning your event, go over all the details with you, help you create the mood, set the stage, be in charge of the actual “performance,” and break down the set. Each event is unique to us. We have been catering in the Valley for the past 12 years and have catered events for 10 to 400 guests. As experienced caterers with an excellent reputation, we pride ourselves in providing you with excellent service and exceptionally fine menu options. We have some set menus that may meet your needs or we can design a menu especially for your event.

We ask you to fill out a one page information sheet so we can give you a proposal that will meet your needs. All proposals include cost per person for food, any necessary rentals, charges for service, rental fees, taxes, and management fee. If our cost estimates fit your budget, please check out our menus, fill out the entire information sheet, and we will get in touch with you.
