Catering “off-premise,” as it’s referred to in the business, is like producing a play. We will assist you in planning your event, take charge of the details for you, help you create the mood, set the stage, be in charge of the actual “performance,” and break down the set. Each event is unique to us. We have been catering in the Valley for the past 12 years and have catered events for 10 to 500 guests. As experienced caterers with an excellent reputation, we pride ourselves in providing you with excellent service and exceptionally fine menu options.
We ask you to fill out the catering inquiry sheet and provide as much detail as possible so we can give you a proposal that will meet your needs. All proposals include cost per person for food, any necessary rentals, charges for service, rental fees, taxes, and management fee. If our cost estimates fit your budget, please check out our menus, and call us right away to set up a meeting!
