Cooking Classes at the Blue Heron

Chef Deborah Snow, Barbara White and the Blue Heron invite you to join us for our 2011–2012 Cooking Class Series. In each class, culinary techniques are taught. Students then prepare recipes in the Blue Heron kitchen designed by Chef Snow. The class culminates with a “Chef’s Table” as everyone shares all the dishes prepared by the students complimented with wines from the award-winning Blue Heron wine list. All classes are on Monday nights at 6:30 pm. We now offer gift certificates for cooking classes! Classes will sell out quickly!

Cost $125 per class. Sign up for six (6) classes or more and receive a discounted price of $110 per class.


Maximum of 12 participants per class (each class will have waiting list in case of cancellation.) All classes must be pre-paid unless specific arrangements have been made with Chef Snow. 48-hour cancellation policy (please cancel at least 48 hours in advance to ensure that the people on wait list can be notified.)
