When you order, you will be asked to schedule a pick up time. Please include your car’s make/model/color in the special instructions at check out so we can find you upon arrival! When you arrive for your scheduled pick up time, please park directly behind the restaurant, give us a call (413.665.2102) when you are here, and a Blue Heron employee wearing a face-covering will place the order in your trunk or back seat.
Please note that all orders must be paid in advance (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover).
If you call to place an order and don’t get through it means we are experiencing high volume, so just give a call back in a bit! We will not get orders placed over voicemail during peak hours.
